Deceptive

Today's Eclectic Exposures are a tad deceptive--especially if you are in the mid-Tennessee region. Temperatures dropped last night into the 50s--yummy sleeping weather! Autumn really is on her way, slow though it may seem...and even though today's pics look like Autumn, they are really from this last Spring--EARLY Spring, I might add, so your assumption is not such a miss after all.

These handsome striped fellows are River Cooters--that is, until someone more knowledgeable writes to tell me otherwise! I spent a happy hour reading all about the turtles of Tennessee last night as I prepped a similar photo for sale.

Anyway, the location was Radnor Lake in Nashville, Tennessee, and it was a delightfully cool Spring morning--sweater weather, that's all.
